Mega Menu

Mega menu is possible in BS5 but we will need to create a custom template layout for the navigation widget. The following is a hard-coded example.

Font Awesome 6

FA6+ icons will work on all widgets.

The FMH Icon box will need a new version created because the styling is broken in Bootstrap 5 templates (this has nothing to do with FA).

FMH Icon Widget

Icons can now be used in Content blocks by pasting the HTML tags from www.fontawesome.com into the HTML editor.

Here are some new icons from Font Awesome 6

 wheat-awn

Accordion

This is the first item's accordion body. It is shown by default, until the collapse plugin adds the appropriate classes that we use to style each element. These classes control the overall appearance, as well as the showing and hiding via CSS transitions. You can modify any of this with custom CSS or overriding our default variables. It's also worth noting that just about any HTML can go within the .accordion-body, though the transition does limit overflow.

This is the second item's accordion body. It is hidden by default, until the collapse plugin adds the appropriate classes that we use to style each element. These classes control the overall appearance, as well as the showing and hiding via CSS transitions. You can modify any of this with custom CSS or overriding our default variables. It's also worth noting that just about any HTML can go within the .accordion-body, though the transition does limit overflow.

This is the third item's accordion body.

Quality Control Review FAQ

Quality Control Review FAQ

What can an Insured do to prepare for a review?

Third party documentation (i.e. summary/settlement sheets from the elevator) is required when applicable and available. Insureds are expected to have available hard copy records that will 1) support the total production raised for the crop/county/year being reviewed and 2) that can demonstrate how production was kept separate between various units, practices and types (if applicable).

Insureds will also want make themselves available to meet with the quality control reviewer as the reviews will need to be completed before the claims can be processed.

What can Agents do to prepare for a review?

Agents can encourage their producers to begin assembling the production history documentation that will be necessary to complete the APH Review. Agents may also want to be sure all current year policy documents have been submitted to the FMH home office so that the Contract Review can be completed without delay.

How does the review process begin?

Once a claim is reported, FMH adjusters will be in contact with policyholders and/or agents. They will discern which policies will need a review and take the steps necessary to initiate these reviews. At that point FMH’s Compliance Field Specialist will oversee the review completion to ensure that all the components of the review are completed by objective and unbiased persons and according to RMA procedures.

Leverage Precision To Do More With Less in 2025

Mar 14, 2025, 10:31 by User Not Found
2025 is predicted to be a financially tough year for many farmers. This means farmers may look for ways to do more with what they already have. As trusted advisors, FMH agents can provide their customers with cost-savvy options.
If your policyholders use precision equipment in their operation, they can utilize the planting and harvest data they already collect to save money and time with FMH Precision Solutions. Using their precision data for crop insurance also helps them increase their return on investment in precision ag equipment.

By using accurate precision data, farmers insure exactly what they plant, potentially lowering premium costs and increasing their APH. Through FMH’s secure and easy connections in the FMH Policyholder Center, they can electronically report planting and harvest data right from their home office, saving
time and effort.

Agents who are new to precision will also benefit from newly launched Precision Express; the new automated precision processes built right into the FMH Agent Center. Now, when a farmer submits their precision data through the FMH Policyholder Center, in many cases, agents will just need to print the map-based combo report for a review and a signature – that’s it.

The new low-touch process allows agents to easily onboard new customers looking for the ease and accuracy of using their precision data for crop insurance. Agents don’t need to have the knowledge of precision ag technology or even strong mapping skills to provide Precision Solutions.

For agents new to precision, this is the right time to start. FMH provides resources and support every step of the way.
