Community Outreach

Donation Match: At FMH we have a matching gift program in which the company will match donations from employees and retirees up to $2,000 per calendar year.

Fighting Food Insecurity

FMH is fighting food insecurity in Iowa and across the country in several ways. Each year, FMH hosts an on-site meal packaging event for Meals from the Heartland, packing over 35,000 meals that are distributed across the country. FMH supports DMARC’s Spring Greens Event and provides a matching gift to sponsor the Food Bank of Iowa’s Summer Hunger Fight. FMH also supports the Double Up Food Bucks program, which allows SNAP program participants to buy healthy fruits and veggies. These four programs are helping to feed hungry kids and families.
