If you’ve already submitted acreage and production data with FMH Precision Solutions, your adjuster will already have access to the necessary documents in FMH systems. If your data isn’t yet in FMH systems, provide the following for your adjuster to support your claim:
Once your adjuster has verified records and processed all necessary information, you’ll be asked to review and sign off on the claim documents electronically using FMH’s secure e-signature process.

Even without a crop insurance claim, submitting your precision ag data each year helps prepare you for future APH reviews.
We recommend that producers without a claim do the following:
