Who should attend: Existing agents who need a refresher or those who are brand new to working with Unit Structure. 

Why should you attend: This course is beneficial for both first time users who are new to setting up a unit and those users who are looking for a refresher course.

• Types of Unit Structure and Why it Matters
• Qualifications of each unit structure type
• Examples of Basic, Optional and Enterprise Units
• Enterprise Unit specifics such as by Practice/Type and MCEU
• Unit Numbering

Agents will have the opportunity to receive two hours of state continuing education hours. Continuing education (CE) hours will be awarded in the following states, pending state approval: AR, CO, ID, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, KS, KY, NE, MO, MS, NC, ND, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, WI, WY.
