Current status in effect. Next outage scheduled for November 7th. FMH Agent Center Systems and Policyholder Center will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance beginning at 8:00 PM (CST).
System Maintenance
FMH systems are continuously updated with the release of new features and fixes monthly along with quarterly technology maintenance.
Note: Dates are subject to change. Off-schedule releases are done as needed and will be communicated.
Production Release Schedule
Monthly scheduled releases typically result in systems being down from approx. 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM Central.
