LeWarne Promoted to Vice President, Elected to FMH Board of Directors

Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company of Iowa (FMH) is pleased to announce that Kate LeWarne, Assistant Vice President – Business Intelligence, has been promoted to Vice President – Business Intelligence, and has also been elected to the FMH Board of Directors, effective April 1, 2026.

LeWarne joined FMH in 2018 as a Scrum Master in the IT Department. She transferred to the Business Intelligence Department in 2020 as Data Operations Manager and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2023.

As Vice President – Business Intelligence, she will continue to lead FMH’s policy form and rate filings, data warehouse operations and reporting, and business analytics while guiding and enhancing decision-making to strengthen profitability and maintain a competitive advantage through data integrity, advanced analytics, and collaborative insights.
