Curtis has been a member of the FMH team since 2012, serving most recently as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and as a member of the FMH Board of Directors since 2020. In his role, he has been instrumental in guiding FMH through new company formations, acquisitions, and complex corporate legal and governance matters.

As EVP, Curtis will continue to lead FMH’s legal and compliance functions as a Department Head, serve as General Counsel to senior leadership, and provide guidance on company-wide initiatives that advance our strategic direction. He will also take on an elevated role in legislative and government advocacy and engagement efforts, strengthening FMH’s voice and presence on critical industry issues.
