Agents paying an insureds premium is not permissible because it can be seen as a Rebating practice. Rebating is strictly prohibited by the Federal Crop Insurance Act and the Standard Reinsurance Act.
As per Section 4.m.xiii of the FMH Agent Agreement: "Agency shall not: Pay premium directly or indirectly on behalf of an applicant or policyholder."

Yes, enter the amount you want to pay from the first bank account. Once the payment is complete, select “Make Another Payment” to start a second payment and enter the banking information for the other account.
If you are eligible for a discount you would have received a "Cash Discount" letter in the mail. When making your payment in Quick Pay, you will see a "Cash Discount" option available under the "Select Payment Amount" section.
