Quarterly System Outage

FMH will be performing maintenance on our systems this weekend. Please do not work over the weekend as most systems will be unavailable. The outage will begin at 10:00 PM Friday and continue through Sunday, December 10th.

This will affect all FMH systems, including, but not limited to:

  • ALL systems will be down, including FMHA and FMHC.
  • Email (Outlook, Outlook App, OWA) will also be unavailable.
All users must be logged off all systems prior to 10:00 PM Friday, December 8th.  If you are not logged out when the outage begins, your session will be terminated and any unsaved work will be lost. All systems are scheduled to be restored by 6:00 PM Sunday, December 10th.

New Application and Claims Submissions:

During the outage, if you need to submit a new application or claim, you may fax that to 515-282-1220. A fax return receipt will be sent to you once our systems become available on December 10th.

You may resume your normal business processing once you are notified that the outage is complete.
