Quarterly System Outage

FMH will be performing maintenance on our systems this weekend. Please do not work over the weekend as most systems will be unavailable. The outage will begin at 10:00 PM Friday and continue through Sunday, October 16th.

This will affect all FMH systems, including, but not limited to:

  • ALL systems will be down, including FMHA and FMHC.
  • Email (Outlook, Outlook App, OWA) will also be unavailable.
All users must be logged off all systems prior to 10:00 PM Friday, October 13th.  If you are not logged out when the outage begins, your session will be terminated and any unsaved work will be lost. All systems are scheduled to be restored by 6:00 PM Sunday, October 15th.

New Application and Claims Submissions:

During the outage, if you need to submit a new application or claim, you may fax that to 515-282-1220. A fax return receipt will be sent to you once our systems become available on October 15th.

You may resume your normal business processing once you are notified that the outage is complete.
