Residential Flood Insurance
- ABS has a solution for residential flood insurance up to $250,000 for single and 2-4 Family Homes.
- Basic coverage can pay to repair or replace the insured building and its foundation, electrical and plumbing systems, central air conditioning, furnaces, water heaters, refrigerators*, stoves*, and built-in appliances*.
- Additional contents coverage is also available for items such as clothing, furniture, most electronic equipment, curtains, portable appliances, and some appliances.

Commercial Flood Insurance
- ABS has a solution for commercial flood insurance up to $500,000 for buildings, which covers repair or replacement and most installed improvements up to the coverage limit or the assessed replacement cost value of the building.
