New Agency Sweep Payment Process for Private Products

The new Agency Sweep process allows agents to submit payments on behalf of their insureds through the FMH Agent Center to provide better customer service.

Agents can submit Agency Sweep payments for Private Product policy balances after receiving access in FMHA through their Sales Manager.

 

HOW IT WORKS

The General Agency can select which accounts to pull Agency Sweep payments from using an ACH authorization form. After receiving payment from their insured, the agent can then request an Agency Sweep payment to pay the Private Product balance in full via FMHA. Once the payment is submitted, both the requesting agent and funding agency will receive a confirmation email. 



What payments are eligible for agency sweep?
Eligible payments include those for private products only and the balance must be paid in full. Payments are no longer eligible 60 days after the termination date.

 

How do I get started?
Request access to submit Agency Sweep payments from your Sales Manager. They can also provide you with the Agency Sweep Authorization Form.




ACCESS IN FMHA
