MPCI Policy Provisions
Farmers Mutual Hail policyholders can access and download policy provisions directly from our website. To access your policy provisions, you will need your policy number OR ID number (SSN, EIN, RMA Issued, or BIA Number).

Search by Policy Number (example: IA-100-0001111-11)
Your policy number begins with a 2 letter state abbreviation followed by a hyphen (-), then 3 digits followed by a hyphen (-), and 7 additional digits followed by a hyphen (-), and 2 more digits that represents the policy year.
Note: The 2 letter state abbreviation must correspond with a state in which FMH writes insurance.

Search by ID Number
Provide your 9 digit Social Security Number (SSN) or an Employer Identification Number (EIN). You may also enter your 9 digit RMA assigned number or a Bureau of Indian Affairs Number (BIA).
Note: When searching by an ID number - Year, ID Type, and ID Number are all required fields. Please select the Year first.
